These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JANAVIKKA ("janavikka"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Access

• The App is a private alumni platform.
• Access is limited to former students of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Karaikal.
• User accounts are created or approved by an administrator.
• Public registration is not permitted.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Report unauthorized access immediately.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, alumni-related purposes.

• No misuse, abuse, or disruption of the App
• No harassment, impersonation, or offensive behavior
• No unauthorized access attempts
• No commercial or promotional use without permission

4. User Content

Users may provide profile information and participate in polls. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

5. Polls, Voting & Announcements

• Polls and voting are intended for alumni participation only.
• Votes may be anonymous or identifiable.
• Announcements and events are managed by administrators.

6. Admin Rights

Administrators may add, modify, suspend, or remove user accounts and content at their discretion to maintain platform integrity.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

• Accounts may be suspended for violations of these Terms.
• Users may request account deletion at any time.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All App content, branding, and functionality are the property of the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Karaikal Alumni Association.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karaikal, Puducherry.
